Colombian extreme metal band GROUND OF CHAOS proudly presents a new track that promises to crush anything in its path. “Sisifo’s Glory” is now available on all digital platforms.
Sonically, this track blends crushing guitar riffs and blistering drums with guttural vocals that exude visceral desperation. “We’ve always been very self-sufficient when it comes to production,” the band explains.“But at some point, we wanted to bring in a real professional to elevate our sound. That’s when we met Moises, the producer of this track. He gave the production a massive upgrade. We aimed for a heavy sound with orchestral elements to add more depth, as the lyrics themselves take you on a journey.”
The song not only highlights the band’s instrumental skills but also their ability to channel raw emotions through music. “Sisifo’s Glory” is an anthem that reflects the chaos of human existence—a recurring theme in the band’s work.
The group adds: “We approached the composition of this track the same way we’re shaping our upcoming EP. We always ensure that the music complements the message, rather than the other way around. We’ve been heavily influenced by bands like Lorna Shore and Mental Cruelty—bands that bring a sense of theatricality to their sound. We wanted to push ourselves in that direction.”

GROUND OF CHAOS hails from Medellín, Colombia, and has gained major recognition in both the local and international metal scenes. Since 2016, the band has wielded the weapons of Deathcore, enriched with doses of technicality, melody, and aggression.
